With all the publicity surrounding this deer, you're not going to have to pay for the vet bill. Either the vet will waive his fee because of the free publicity he's getting, or a radio station will sponsor the removal because of the listeners that they're attracting, or, in the worst case, either you or the interviewer can request money while on the air, and you'll be swamped with it.
