Alright already. What it about this month and cameras. I started
out with a minor LX problem which escalated to major anxiety when
the camera store I was using for repairs went out of business. Well
I've broken another camera. Every week I cock and fire the shutters
on every old camera I have in my possession several times to try to keep
them from getting two gummed up. Well this morning I followed this routine
and the Leica IIIc that I have on semi-permanent loan has it's second shutter
curtain hanging up on all speeds, (it's not like I ever use it for anything,
I find it's 50+ year old user interface to be a major pain to use, no matter
how quite it's shutter is). Now it needs a CLA at the very least, damn.
