Komura 2X any good?

The old Komura Telemore (7 elements) I see sometimes looks very sturdy. Is it a good 2X to put on a screw mount camera and is it multi-coated? As good as other 7-elements third party 2X? (I remember it's been said that the Vivitar macro 2X is a good one.)
