I have purchased several items from them. As a general rule,
the condition of the items from them are a grade or two under
what they claim them to be. When they say mint-, what they jave
is between exc and maybe exc+. But then again, perhaps I've been
spoiled by KEH, who grades very conservatively. They do offer a
money back guarantee and a warranty on stuff you buy there.
I've never used either, so I can't say how well they stand
behind what they sell. Shipping is prompt and packing is very
good. Their prices are OK if you remember that their condition
grading is a bit optimistic. What I mean to convey is that if
you see a bargain, just remember that the actual condition of
the item may not make it a real bargain but you'll probably find
the price to be fair.
