It can be pretty serious, actually. If you break an embargo agreement, especially a signed one, word will get around the entire industry that you're not to be trusted. So you won't get advance notice of a lot of new products. If you're a print magazine with a fairly long lead-time, for instance, this can really be crippling. You'll still hear a lot about products, just not the most important ones. I'm sure Lukasz did nothing wrong. If he got "For Immediate Release" info from his distributor, it's their problem. --Mike
