My advice is : DO NOT BUY Tokina: AT-X Pro 270 AF
28-70mm f/2.8
Unless it is a very very good bargain !!!
You can find a much more better lens: SIGMA 28-70mm
f/:2.8 EX AF !!!!!!!
Of course, it is not as well built but the optical
quality is much more enhance !!! And Sigma makes lower
its price because of a coming up new version. But
optically it will be the same ! So you may affort to
buy a 50mm f/:1.4 AF or the 135mm f/:2.8 FA !!!
If you prefer Tokina, the new 28-80mm f/:2.8 seems to
be a better good bargain (Longer range )
This is the major opinion in France about these
28-70mm f/:2.8 zooms
