Not at all. In fact, the focus has no edges whatsoever. Its purely ornamental. The
focus is rounded in shape but gives impression of being angular by having angular
ornamentation like ligts, lists etc. They even had to make some ridges over the wheel
arches so that the wheel didn't look ridiculously small. Truly awful.... Design gone
bananas and even Ford admits it.
The MZ-S style is in its shape - not about ornamentation. This has been a typical
Pentax design feature (look at the Spotmatic, M-series and the MZ-series). In fact,
they have been very similar to the best european car design (not the focus). Clean
shapes and no ornamentation. Canon, particularly in the 70's, is all about
ornamentation. Look at the AE-1 and compare it to the ME.
