After reading all the digital compatibility messages I pondered... What would be the technical problems with making a digital back for a 35mm Camera, or camera range (MZ/ZX)? Couldn't a back be created with the a sensor in the correct place (maybe even closer than the film plane). There's heaps of space in the body film transport area, and if interface comms are to problematic, just make it a single speed ASA equivalent.
Anyway - just a thought, I'm sure that there are technical problems as well as profit making ones, but it would so simply solve all the compatibility issues. Just a thought - anyone care to comment? Simon
