Hi gang,

I think my MZ-S may have a focusing problem. Everytime I use autofocus the
object isn't criticaly sharp. I mean, when I switch to manual focus and turn
the focusing ring a bit (maybe a milimeter) to the right (i.e. set a bit
longer distance) it is noticeably sharper. It's a small yet visible
difference. I happens with all my three lenses of which two are autofocus
(FA 50/1.4 and FA 28/2.8). The same thing happens when I use the manual lens
and use the focus confirmation. I use the central sensor and do not
recompose (I know, I know... I'm saying that just in case someone asks).

I tried to mess with the diopter correction, but still can't make the image
to be critically sharp when autofocused. For now the diopter correction
thingy is set to its central position, because it seems I see the viewfinder
info a bit more clearly than when its set to the adjacent positions.

Anyone has an idea what can be the problem? The camera is new - never
dropped, kicked, etc.

Thanks in advance,
Łukasz
