Ah, but it does. The Pentax USA product code for the wooden grip for the
67II is #38012. It includes a TTL hot shoe on top and a sync cord. It's
slightly different from the wooden grip for the 67 but it's certainly
available.

Well, thanks a lot!  Now I'll have to find some other reason not to 
want a 67II.  Not that I ever hand hold the 67 anyway.
