I don't know I don't see it.  On the other hand these samples
aren't full production units.  Pentax has gone out of it's way
to let us know that K mount is supported so even if the test
unit doesn't have a stop down follower and lever I'll wait to
see what is actually released.

I think you are wrong, the mechanical meter coupling
is there. The picture is quite dark, but the coupeling
lever is clearly seen to the left of the upper bayonet
claw.
