Full functionality, no. ALL PENTAX LENSES are usable, with the same restrictions as K, M, and 645 and screwmount lenses have on the newer bodies. In other words, all Pentax lenses will work as well on the *ist models as they do on the PZ-1p and MZ-S. Consider it confirmed to this extent.
