Last month I ordered two filters (big circ polarizers are 1/2 the UK price in the USA!) from New Jersey, and they were shipped USPS airmail on the same day. One turned up in 5 days whilst the other turned turned up last Saturday, exactly a month after shipping. Neither were opened by customs as far as I can tell. I'd just about given up of the second and the shop was preparing to send me a replacement when it arrived. So maybe the 50mm's not lost yet?
