Looks like a concentration on the female form, especially faces, this month.
My personal favorites are marked with **.

" Young Woman " by Larry D. Nicklaus
Good lighting. This pose shows off her hair nicely.
You also did well keeping the camera level and not losing
proportion by pointing up at her head.

" Ocean Of Light " by Charles Fleeman
This should be a marketable print.
        Great decorative art.

" Forum Bath, Pompei " by Joseph Tainter
A great shot. Neg film might have handled the bright spot
        better, but this is good.

" Surf`s up " by Steve Larson, USA
        Good shot.

" Betsy on the Rocks II " by Ed Mathews, USA
        Is she your only model?
Perhaps some empty space to the right to balance with her eye direction.
        Good work.

" Lounging Around " by Richard Holman, USA
        Good softening of the light.
I was only wondering about the title. How about "What?" :)

" OPENING SOON " by Ann Sanfedele, New York, NY USA
        I've never understood this style.
        Can't critique it either way.

" 'Lilli' " by Cotty
        Balanced, brilliant colors, pleasing expression.
        She should like it.
        Good job.

" An Early Baldwin " by Eduardo Carone Costa Júnior
Nice crop. Perhaps a slower shutter for some motion?

" Kasia " by Dominik Ataman
Good lighting. I'm not thrilled with the pose.
        Is there a statement here?
Perhaps some cropping for a really nice portrait.

" Hand " by Versal Cross
Excellent. It should win a prize in any contest.
        Well lit and composed.

" Dorota " by Darek Zukowski, Poland
        "Is that a camera?"
Was there a flash from the right and a window to the left?

" Summer boat " by Niall Woods
        Interesting.
I've not done any infrared work before & am not used to the
results yet. The boat does catch one's eye.

" Storm Coming " by John Cohen
Good job being ready to capture the contrast.
... while the storm sneaks up behind you.
        I personally like the cropping.

" Scottish Barbs " by Steve Lewis
Nice composition. Perhaps center the post a bit more?
The post makes a very clear division between grasses.

" Spring Arrives " by Tadek van Bussel, The Netherlands
        I like the stark contrasts.

" Whooosh! " by Bill Peifer, USA
Now that looks like some fun.

" Grandfather Panorama " by Bill Owens, USA
Good crop. Even captured hills in the perpetual haze of the mountains.

" Winter's Early Sunset " by Bob Gosselin, New Hampshire, U.S.A
Good shot. One of my favorites this month.

" Winter morning at the Lake " by Allan Møller
Robert Wood, look out. Very pleasing. I think marketable.

" Touching Beauty " by Ollen Mullis **
Perhaps crop just a bit more off the bottom? (my personal taste)
        Excellent.

" Simplicity " by David Cleary, Nova Scotia, Canada
Good shot. Perhaps a longer focal length to get more of the center
        and still keep it bordered?

" Whitetail Doe in Queen Anne's Lace " by Bill Sawyer, USA
        aka "Dinner on the Hoof"
Good work. Those things are hard to get, especially that close.

" At Speed in the Corner " by Frank Theriault, Canada
Good shot. Good choice of shutter speed.

" Wild Konik horses in the "Oostvaarders plassen" swamp area " by Jan van
Wijk, Netherlands
Great wildlife shot. You should send it to some national
archive that documents your country's wildlife.

" Katmai's finest (Ursus arctos) " by Ken Waller
I'll let you shoot the bears. I'll stick with simpler subjects.
You know -- things that won't eat me.

" Industrial Photography " by Tiger Moses, Houston, Texas **
I trust this is for sale to the company you photographed.
They should easily buy such a fine shot. It caputres the
        people at work.

" Intruder " by Robert Poe, USA
Looks more like "Escaping Intruder". Good shot.

" Renewal " by David Chernicoff, USA
I'm a sucker for snow on trees.
Out of curiosity, Conservative or Orthodox?

" Dutch Blacksmith " by Johan van Denderen
Fine shot. No flash? Probably better.

" Dogwood in the Snow " by Dan Matyola (USA)
Needs some sunlight & lose the railing.

" Oops " by Conrad Samuels, South Africa
        Good grab. Did you

" El Rastro, December 2000 " by Juan Buhler
You caught the facial expressions. That made the shot.

" Chat Breton " by Olivier Darrouzet
Good job. Perhaps just "le chat" for the title?
Keep submitting. This is a wonderful place to learn
        and grow your talents.

" Festive Lights " by Take Ueda, Japan
This would be a good print to water colors and
create a fine piece. Good composition.

" River Avon, Christchurch, NZ " by Linda McKie
I like the contrasts, though I'm still having trouble
getting used to IR prints. Good composition.

" 9 Across the front " by Jon Hope
Good shot. The tilt bothers me. Maybe it's the scan,
but try printing with more contrasty paper.

" Lily Blossom " by Bill D. Casselberry
I like the subject. Perhaps a darker background to
        remove distraction from the subject.

" The New T-bird " by Byron Butler, USA
Good shot. You might be able to sell it to the gal
doing the presentation for her personal portfolio.
