No, I am not saying this. But matrix metering works by comparing light/shadow readout from matrix to the database of thousands real life scenes, then it sets exposure. It could set it slightly different for slides and for negatives, when scene contrast exceeds exposure lattitude of one or the other. It is just a guess, but otherwise what would be additional DX contacts in film chamber for? -- Best Regards Sylwek
