In terms of lenses yes, but who needs all of them?
"Complete" means the end users could choose more appropiate lenses based on their own need, not neceassily to buy all of them. With a relatively limited system, the end users have to compromise and choose the next best thing sometimes, or even opt for manual focus stuffs. Not that it matters to everyone, but nice to have a few more options when the time come.
