Many shop adresses are accessible from http://www.actionshop.be/index_fr.htm if you follow the link "Magasins" and select a province on the map (shops in Brussels would be in the Brabant province). I do not know if they send overseas. Generally, the price of photographic equipment is much cheaper in Germany than in Belgium, though. So you'd better first check wether Pentax Germany doesn't sell your items as well.
