I am holding a Sunagor Super Wide Semi Fish-Eye 0.42x made in Japan lens in my hand. It has no focus control or aperture. On the back it has 54mm thread, and a step down ring to 52mm. If I understand this correct, you can mount it on a lens like a filter, and it will give you a wide angle lens.
