Hi Dave,

First, I guess it stood in the camera for too long (but I should
have a look at the negative to have a better guess). Second, I
don't know how do you usually cut the film before loading, but
my experience tought me that the cuts have to be slanted (you
have to cut the film in the shape of an arrow, or a wedge -
trying to not cut the holes). Use always the scissors.
