I'd like to throw my 2 cents into this. Whether a lens is slightly better
than another makes little difference to me. Generally speaking, all lenses
made by major manufacturers are close when compared to one another. With
maybe a few exceptions, the differences are minor and could not be seen on
film etc.... If photodo rates a particular lens at 3.5 and another at 3.3
really doesn't matter to me. Pentax lenses are as good as any. It's up to us
photographers to get the most out of these lenses through proper technique
etc....
