Tripod collars

Hi folks
I have a 300m f4 M*, great lens but really needs a tripod
mount............especially if I use it witha X1.4 converter.
Same problem as when I use my 200m F4M with a short tube for
closeups................
There must be a 3rd party tripod colar that you can use on a lens, tube or
extender somewhere................anyone any thoughts?
