I don't know how you do it, Frank. As an old cycling coach, this was the advice I usually gave new riders. If you want to be good, find a good coach. If you can't find a good coach, find a fixed gear bike. It will force you to do things right or beat you to death until you do. I have gained a healthy new respect for you now.
