I picked one up, along with the hotshoe mount.  Very nice, only problem 
I had was after a few hours one evening (~40 deg F)  and the battery 
voltage must have gotten low (although it was a new battery) and it just 
started a constant pitch "beep" until I pulled the battery.

At the time I wanted to smash the thing, but other than that it's been a 
happy marriage.
