There's an LX screen that will fit your bill exactly I believe and the it will fit into an MX or LX with no trouble whatsoever.

Even a ring of clear glass around the centre of the screen would be enough.
How about an used MX with a plain screen? You can switch the screen yourself and any screens for Z-1p, MZ-S, or MZ bodies will do.
