You want a Texas Leica? Why use a little baby 6x7? Go for the big guy - Fuji 6x9! I think it's called the 690? Jeff here in Toronto has a Fuji 6x9, and at least one (maybe two?) 6x7's (one's foldable, but maybe he got rid of that one - you out there Jeff?).
AFAIK, he loves the 6x9!
