Kievcamera has only the tilt lens, not the tilt/shift. I e-mailed them 
several times to inquire if they could get me the tilt/shift. They 
refused even to respond.

So I bought the Arsat 35 mm. f2.8 t/s from grizzly33bear in the Ukraine. 
It was a problem-free transaction. He communicates well and ships promptly.

The lens itself is sturdy and seems well-made. In tests I have done so 
far, it is very sharp, even at the edges of the lens when it is shifted 
or tilted.
