Alan, was that with Superia Reala or with the former Reala? I'm asking because the "new" Reala disappoints me by being too saturated and having lost some of its ability to tame the contrast. Years ago I got superb results with the first incarnation of Reala - it handled almost any scene no matter how high the contrast. It was great for shooting in the high mountains, rendering good details both on ground and sky despite the 8 stops or so of difference in exposure...

I mean the latest Superia Reala which I just finised a few rolls recently. Perhaps it was due to the lab or scanning technique? For scenery, I prefer the regular Superia 100 which has more vivid colour. In fact, I was so disappointed by the dull colour for landscape shots using Reala, I use it for people shots only. :-(
