I bought Digital GEM from Applied Science Fiction a couple of months
ago. It required that one use small fonts in Windows, which made
everything else on my 17" monitor hard to read. I asked the company
about this. They have presumably had multiple queries about this
nuisance because they said that they would rewrite the plug-in to remove
the small fonts requirement. Today they e-mailed me the new filter,
which seems to work fine.
I have no connection to ASF. I am impressed these days when a company
actually undertakes to satisfy its customers, and just wanted to say
something good about my experience.
