I have had this scanner for about 2 months now and have only scanned slides, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I use the software that came with the scanner, and haven't had the time to go into custom settings, etc. I just use the automatic settings, and it's done a remarkable job.
I will scan some color negatives a little later today, to see how they come out, and I will post a link to the resulting scan so you can see how it looks. When I got the scanner, I thought I might not be pleased with the results and would probably send it back and get a more expensive scanner, but I am very pleased, and it is serving me well for my needs.
