I did have a Sunpak catalog here but I don't know where it is. I'm pretty sure that the PT1D is a "Pentax-dedicated" module; the body will show a "flash ready" symbol in the viewfinder. TTL flash control is not supported. I have a PT2D on one of my flashes. This adaptor allows full TTL functionality. Hopefully someone will confirm the above.
