I don't know what it means. It must mean finished lens designs and possibly 
prototypes. I have no idea if they used USM; probably not. I doubt it used the FA* 
clutch system though, as it would be complicated to weather seal. What is a fact is 
that Pentax could have been first with weather proofed lenses.
