One month is long time to see if D*ist is introduced. As it was mentioned Canon can introduce new dslr which will cost no more than 1000$ and again Pentax is off the boat. I believe that when Pentax introduce D*ist C/N can lower the price of their D10 and D10 since so far they have made a profit selling them. And one D*ist is still too less. Some people want higher model and again C/N have 3 more cameras. The question is whether Pentax is able to release 4000$ model which will be bought by at least semi-pros. If not that be another calapse. Because few semi-pros/pros use Pentax system who can afford to buy such cameras and here is the biggest problem. If Canon introduce very expensive camera there are always people who buy it, for instance sport magazines, government agencies etc. Just look when there are any official meetings etc. So I wonder how Pentax is going to survive, even without IS/USM, real pro camera and only with FGZ360.
