FA28-80/4 is an excellent choise.
An M 2.0/85mm or M 135/2.5 (very good) or A 135mm/2.8 could be good
afforable alternatives (100-250$).
Any lens could be a portrait lens, but 85-135mm lenses gives you comfertable
distance to the model as well as short DOF.
