No, stop it, not another light meter thread. Last time I ended up buying
another meter. I can not afford this. Stop right now!

OTOH, I too recommend an incident light meter (no surprise there). I still
think you can not go wrong with the Sekonic L-308B II (my primary meter for
the past 10 years). Tiny, relatively cheap, accurate, and has all the
features most of us will ever need, including flash measurements.
