Does it make any difference what speed film you use? I tried 100 and 400 and got the same bad results. I did use a cable release, but that doesn't seem to have helped. My favorite tripod is my travel tripod. It's small, light and easy for me to handle, but with the center column extended, it only goes to about 60 inches, and I'm about 62 inches tall. I realize it's not the ideal situation but it's never seemed to be much of a problem in the past. There's no hook for me to hang a stablizer from either. Anyway, I've learned my lesson...for moon shots, use the big tripd. ;) Thanks everyone! Amita
