What type of card board Bill.Like the thin stuff that might be used in seperating
materials in a 
box,along that line.I think i have some thin stuff that is white smooth on one side and
greyish and a bit 
rougher on the other.
The smooth side should be good enough you say then.
I see what you mean about the felt atracting dust etc.
Thats why your in Saskatchewan and im stuck in Ontario.<vbg>
