The digital revolution has happened faster than anticipated by every manufacturer. This is particularly true for DSLR's where the transition was a veritable explosion that took everyone unaware. I find it unlikely that Nikon (or anyone else) should have grossly overestimated the demand for the D100. But then who knows? P�l
