Just try two: genuine fractals and stairstep. I've been using
stairstep interpolation and it works fine. One might be better than
another with such a small file, you're better off figuring it out for
yourself.

Also, since the file is so small, you might try a cheat...uprez it to
4x6 or thereabouts, select all, stroke it with a black keyline
(edit->stroke), paste it onto a 5x7 white canvas. This way you're
handing out 5x7's, but you've only had to uprez to 4x6. The black
keyline looks nice to many folks, and if you wish you could put some
text in the white area.
