Let's see, they're both condenser enlargers, and you're printing from 35mm 
negatives. Provided they're both functionally working properly, I'd hold 
on to the one with the brighter light source. Assuming the lenses are 
standard M39 Leica thread, you can swap them. No experience with either 
lens, but my gut feeling is that the Rodenstock is probably a better lens.
