Strange opinion. I don't like Microsoft. I've never met anyone who does. But Nova, a successful Finnish Financial software package, was written with Access. It's been selling quite well for many years and is up to version 5 or 6 now. I used Access myself to make a billing system some years back and it did everything I needed; including sorting out International dialling access codes (to determine rates) which are of many different lengths! My present uncomfortable financial situation is due to the failure of this project. But this had nothing to do with Access. I'm not offering any programming advise because I haven't used it since then.
