I would be interested in some more subjective tests if you have
the time. In particular I'd be interested in how some of the lenses
behave now that less of the image circle is being used.
I'd also be interested to know whether the raw images have a particular
"look" to them the way that different film emulsions do. If you took the
same shot with a 10D and an *ist-D would you be able to say which was
which simply from the "look". I realise that there is white balance for
a start, and all sorts of other parameters that you can play with but I
really just want to know whether it the basic images are pleasing to the
eye.
Along the same lines would be performance with flash and under tungsten
light although this is more of a white balance issue.
