My MZ5 has served as a loyal worktool since 1996 without any problems. However a few weeks ago the AF started malfunctioning, and I've only been using it as a manual camera. When turning the camera on there will be a one slow autofocussing, and then there is no AF response when pressing the shutter button half way. On a few occasions there have been repeated responses, but then the AF goes off again. (This has happened with two different Pentax AF lenses.) The metering and works as well as most other functions seems to work fine, except that I get a low battery warning even with new batteries. (Then the low battery warning will disappear and camera works well, although the AF won't work.) Any clues on what's happening here?
