You don't mention how long ago you sent the film off, but be patient. A few years ago I sent off some Kodachrome and after a month called the lab. No sign of it, they never got it, sorry. Several weeks later the slides arrived in the mail. I had the same experience with a box of 10 (!) rolls that of Ektachrome slides that I sent off to a lab in grand Rapids, just 45 miles away. After it was a week late I called and they said they never got it. Two weeks later the alb called and told me it had arrived (and I said I'd drive up and pick up the slides!)

To this date, nothing I've mailed has been lost forever - so hang in there, they may just be late.

A number of films have been lost in the post to and from the Kodachrome
labs. In Europe, this is only done in Switzerland.

For me, it is the end of Kodachrome useage. Although the person at the
end of the phone was very nice, ultimately they were of no help. My
photography is not high art but it is precious enough to me for me to
not trust it to the vagaries of the postal system.

On the other hand, I seem to have procured a Jobo processor for a very,
very satisfactory price. We shall see....
