I've never owned an AF SLR and I knew it would be odd to adjust to all the
buttons and dials (I come from LXen and MXen). But after 100 or so images
it would take a plastic surgeon to remove the silly grin from my face. 8^]
I was actually wondering if we would see more people making a DSLR their first AF slr. I wasn't planning on getting an AF model any time soon, but now I'm thinking I might not get one at all until I can afford a digial one. As far as I'm concerned, for what I do AF isn't compelling in and of itself, AF + digital, however....
