Hmm.  Well if we can trust folks not to fill out the
questionairre more than once (and who here would have
much motive to screw with the data?), just leave the
name and email address off and what's left is only 
good for statistical analysis.  (Yes, I'm simplifying
and assuming we're not worth the effort for jigsaw-
puzzle approaches to reconstructing the info by stirring
in clues from elsewhere.)

No guarantees, fer shure.  Then again, it's not a 
scientifically useful survey anyhow (starting wth
the fact that only folks who feel like it will bother
to respond at all, so it's not likely to be a representative
sample), so it doesn't matter very much:  it's a curiosity.
Possibly (likely actually) somewhat interesting, but not
so much informative as entertaining.
