I've got the same lens and I've tried it with both Adaptall (PK) and Adaptall II (PK-A) mounts and I had issues with both configurations. I don't trust the automatic mode, either. When I twist the aperture ring slowly from one setting to the next, the f-stop displays in the middle ranges can be quite strange. It reports f/2.8 when wide open, IIRC. Then twisting the aperture ring, it might go to f/4 then f/16 then f/32 then f/5.6 or something like that. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
