The manual, which I've downloaded, uses examples in Av and M modes where 
the aperture is set from the body. So I suppose the FaJ lenses will work.

My wife is planning to buy a MZ-6/ZX-L and I probably will by a *istD
later on. Can the new FAJ lenses cause any problems with the MZ-6/ZX-L?
It would be nice if we could exchange lenses without any problems.


To fully integrate with the FaJ lenses, the camera needs to have the control
wheel for aperture control, as the lenses no longer have an aperture ring.
If the camera doesn't have the aperture control ring, programmed AE and
shutter preferred AE are your available exposure options.
