I tried, last year,the sample pack and although they were all good,i started using the 
Classic Pearl and the Classic Gloss.Maybe i'll pick up another sample pack and try the
Smooth again.
It was a close call between the smooth and gloss.The SO liked the Gloss better.

I basically use the option suggested in the box for paper settings and let the printer 
do
its thing.I wonder
if i should look into profiles.The pictures dont look quite the same as the monitor.I 
know
the monitor is 
low res,but if i have a bright green on the screen,it comes out a bit darker,but more 
like
real life.
Etc fo \r the others.
I'v done the Adobe gamma thing many times.
