If it's the Pentax SMC or the SMC-A 15/3.5, it's ~not~ a fisheye - in fact, it is a very fine rectilinear wide-angle lens, with almost no distortion of its own. (Of course, there is a "perspective distortion" when using any such a wide-angle lens that you would try to work around.) Fred
