Hey, for $350, I'd definitely buy one too. But give up the MX? NEVER! Well, maybe if I had an LX. Yeah, if I had an LX (and still the MZ-5n) the MX would be under utilized. It would have to go to a new home. So Arron, ya gonna find me one? ;-) Andy -----Original Message----- From: Aaron Reynolds [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: March 14, 2001 8:09 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: how much are you ready to pay for a LX ? I paid $350 CDN for mine, in cosmetically fairly rough condition (the leatherette on the back has been sloppily re-glued, the black is brassed at the strap lugs, the finder has a small dent in the back left corner), but it had also been in to Pentax for the sticky mirror issue before I bought it, and it is pristine inside. In cosmetically and mechanically excellent condition, I could probably be talked into parting with $800 CDN for one, provided I had $800 and it had been serviced before I got it. Of course, I've seen ones on the shelf at Vistek and ALT in almost as rough shape as mine for as much as $950! I'd have a hard time justifying that. -Aaron - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
